What a fantastic well knowledgable and friendly team. Met them on Friday night at a busy event. Ollie took time away from his duties to help an autistic young person who wanted to see the ambulance lights flashing. He has limited language and is hard to understand especially when he gets excited over things he likes. Ollie took the time to go and find the keys, show him the lights and even asked if he wanted a go at turning them on and off himself. Ollie was patient, kind, helpful and was understandable of the young persons needs. This had a massive impact on the rest of the night and helped us to have a positive and fun time whilst out, he then didn’t stop mentioning about it once we had left. So a massive thank you to the team, especially Ollie.

The guys were patient, understanding, kind and incredibly knowledgeable of how to handle a challenging situation with mums Dementia. We are pleased to say she has settled in and will just take time to adjust to her new home now, but we know she is safe and being cared for 24/7. Recently completed my FREC4 training with North West Medical Solutions and would firmly recommend them for any pre-hospital medical training. The course was delivered by excellent, and very experienced tutors, and was a good balance of theory and realistic hands-on practical. I did my safeguarding training with Jane and really enjoyed it. She went through all information giving chance to ask lots of questions and give us time to discuss topics.
