Can I pay by instalments?
NWMS has many payment options, we can offer; Card payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. With PayPal you can split your payments over a longer period to suit you, using PayPal Credit.
Can I still complete any course if I have specific learning requirements?
Absolutely! NWMS will provide you with all the support you require. We can also make reasonable adjustments to assessment processes, via our awarding body (Qualsafe Awards).
I am not sure which course is right for me?
If you are not sure which course will best suit your requirements, then please contact a member of the team to discuss what it is you are looking for. We'll be happy to guide you in the right direction.
Can I make a group booking?
Absolutely, please get in touch to discuss your requirements. We can offer group bookings on any of our courses, however these may be subject to availability and group size. For larger groups, we would be happy to discuss running a dedicated course.
What if I need to cancel my course or am unable to attend at short notice?
Please inform us at your earliest convenience so that we can make any alterations. Please note any cancellations are subject to our standard T&Cs, so please ensure you read these.
Are there good travel routes to the NWMS training centre and is there parking available?
NWMS is situated in the heart of St Helens with good travel routes by road, bus and train. Our training centre is only a 10 minute walk from St Helens central train and bus stations. There are excellent access routes by road from both the M6 at junction 23 and the M62 at junction 7. We have ample free parking available at our centre, so no worry there!
